Alexander Giessing
I am acting assistant professor in the Department of Statistics at the University of Washington. I am broadly interested in inference on high-dimensional data. My research is supported by the National Science Foundation with grant DMS-2310578 (PI).

Before joining the University of Washington, I was postdoc in the Dept. of Operations Research and Financial Engineering at Princeton University. I hold a PhD in Statistics from the University of Michigan, a MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Bonn, Germany.
